Universal Edge Beveller Type UKF
Our Universal Edge and Bevelling Machines are equipped with a rigid machine table and with powerful pneumatic clamps to fix the workpieces on the table. A large variety of parts in differing shapes and sizes can be processed on these machines. Of course, the material being processed must have the same thickness and the same bevel geometry.
Bevel Pro Type FF
The Bevelling Machine type FF is available in 3 different models, each of which caters to specific applications. All the FF series models have an oscillating Grinding Unit which is positioned on a heavy support and can be tilted to adjust the bevel angle. The material removal rate for the FF type machines, depending on the tensile strength of the alloy, is up to 80 cm³/min. All three models can handle material up to a thickness of 60 mm.

GBM bevelling machines are designed for one man operation. They are mounted on exclusive undercarriages incorporating spring loaded alignment mechanisms which automatically compensate for uneven work surfaces. Gullco GBM bevelling machines self-propel during the bevelling operation, contiuously bevelling plates of any length. The bevelling machines can be secured to a bench for stationary operation. All Gullco portable plate edge bevellers use a rotary shear cutting action to produce clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion.
