| Trumpf Robotic Bending: The TRUMPF BendMaster automates the bending process. This automation is designed for use with small and large production runs - and applies to heavy, lightweight and complex components. The bending cell, the TrumaBend press brake and the BendMaster, is operated through one control, and is programmed off line with TruTops Bend software. A great deal of processing time during bending is taken up by sheet handling. Since the BendMaster only has one rotary axis, processing times have been considerably reduced in relation to less specialized systems. In many cases, cycle times for automated bending with the BendMaster are quicker than manual bending without the direct labor. |
